A pharmacy in California has discovered a unique way to discourage people from loitering outside of their locations. They’re playing Barry Manilow music as loud as they can.
Fox Business reported this unique approach. Rite Aid has started this practice of playing Barry Manilow songs continually both inside and outside their stores. Here’s a quote from the story about what that has caused:
